This exquisite Australian Tiger Iron Sphere, boasting narrow bands of hematite, tiger eye, and jasper, is a product of an archaen formation mined in Western Australia's Ord range, near Mt Goldsworthy. Tiger-Eye, with its origin in Crocodilite 50 million years ago, is commonly found in golden-yellow, but other hues such as blue, red, green, and brown have been discovered as well.
